The Role

We're looking for a creative, Instagram-savvy content creator to help us grow our presence, build a real community online, and turn followers into members. Right now our Instagram is an untapped opportunity — and we want the right person to change that.

You'll be responsible for:

1. Creating engaging Reels, Stories, and feed posts that reflect our gym's energy and brand
2. Developing a consistent content calendar to keep our page active and growing
3. Writing punchy, on-brand captions with strong calls to action
4. Engaging with our audience (comments, DMs, community building)
5. Tracking key metrics (follower growth, reach, engagement) and adjusting strategy accordingly
6. Collaborating with us on promotions, challenges, and lead-gen campaigns

You're a Great Fit If You:

1. Have a proven track record of growing Instagram accounts (portfolio or examples required)
2. Understand fitness or lifestyle content — bonus if you're passionate about it
3. Know how to create content that doesn't just look good, but actually converts
4. Are comfortable on camera and/or skilled at directing short-form video
5. Are self-motivated, reliable, and treat deadlines like they matter

The Goal

Simple: we want Instagram to become a real lead-generation channel for our gym. If you've done this before and have the receipts to prove it, we want to hear from you.
