This job requires skills, experience with knowledge and ability to perform many services necessary to make professional home repairs where and when needed. Keeping a schedule and maintaining all facets of home repairs services and remodeling.

Must be able to work flexible hours which could occasionally include weekends and evenings. But highly unlikely. Weekly Pay.

Candidate must have professional experience in Remodeling, Home Maintenance and Serviceman duties. Including Drywall repair work, Painting, Tiling, Lite plumbing and Lite electrical. Common projects include cleaning gutters, building decks, replacing windows & doors, change electrical and plumbing fixtures, etc...…... Must possess common sense, critical thinker, problem solving mentality. Must have a professional appearance and great attitude a valid driver's license with a clean driving record a reliable vehicle ability to pass a criminal background check must provide excellent customer relations & care.

These service calls, repairs and remodeling jobs are primarily in the NORTH SUBURBS. North of Evanston but South of Waukegan. From Lake Michigan, East to approximately Grays Lake, Mundelein location to the West.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Handyman/Serviceman: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
