We are looking for a digital advertising rock star who can lead and teach us a few things! We’re looking for someone who will lead the charge in the agency for driving high return on Digital Marketing campaigns, who is constantly innovating, and is passionate about their work and driving amazing results for clients. Basically, you should be freaking amazing…just saying’. See, you’ll be joining a team of diverse experts including SEO, designers, developers, copywriters and PPC analysts. And we’re looking for someone who can join the conversation.
At Globe Runner, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for the success of a client’s Digital Marketing campaign performance. Delivering on the responsibilities described below, campaigns need to be effectively managed for as many as 20 clients at any given time. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be assessed by their ability to effectively and consistently deliver on the tasks outlined below as well as overall client feedback received from the account manager and main points of contact for each account.
The right candidate will enjoy gaining exposure to many different industries - including the agility and learning that comes with working with B2B, B2C, Lead Gen and eCommerce campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Globe Runner Digital Marketing Analysts are Directly responsible for the quality of Digital Marketing work delivered to clients, including SEO, Paid Search/Pay Per Click and Email Campaign strategies. Responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks on a day-to-day basis:

Directly responsible for the quality of Digital Marketing work delivered to clients, including SEO and paid search
Develops and implements Digital Marketing strategies and innovative methods to support client goals and maximize traffic for clients’ sites and digital content.
Develop SEO strategy for clients and implement campaigns, including Website audits, keyword research, Onpage SEO, Technical SEO and content, and link building
Monitors ongoing strategies and ensures best practices are properly implemented.
Reviews ongoing Digital Marketing and media strategies and ensures all results are on track.
Monitor client budgets and ROI for each client account to ensure success of campaigns.
Collaborate with the account team to meet client objectives.
Build out SEO and PPC campaigns for clients across the various platforms. Campaign build-outs include tasks such as,
Account set up/linking on any of the above-mentioned platforms
Keyword and negative keyword research
Content optimization
Link building
Ad copywriting
Budget and bid setting
Directing designers on any creative needed for display/remarketing ads
Call tracking set-up
Goal tracking set-up
Landing page creation
SEO…
Develops, implements complex SEO, content and UX strategies that improve search results for client sites and content
Works with account managers and digital marketing team members to ensure best SEO best practices are properly implemented
Innovates new methods to improve and maximize web traffic using current SEO trends
Researches current SEO and SEM techniques and provides recommendations
Monitors SEO positions and recommends changes to website architecture, content, linking for target keywords
Conducts full (research, compile, analyse and report) account audits for clients. Audits include:

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE…
Editing Word press sites Monitor trends in the industry to help the agency stay current with changes in technology and strategy
Assist agency Account Managers with monthly reporting occasionally creating and delivering reports directly to clients customized to each client’s goals and priorities
Serve as internal subject matter expert (SME) to provide strategic guidance to the teamDocument procedures for all operational and digital tasks to improve quality, efficiency and consistency of outcomes
Support existing business development by expanding the agency’s scope of services to existing clients in support of client challenges
Support new business development activities including solution design, project scoping, level of effort estimating, resourcing, pricing, scheduling, proposal development, etc.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
EXPERIENCE 3+ years of high-level SEO and Digital Marketing strategies and implementation work
Previous Digital Marketing agency experience strongly preferred
