Senior Web Developer (Marketing, GTM)
Location: Norcross, GA 30092 or Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days in the office per week
Travel: Quarterly company events in Cincinnati

Responsibilities:
- As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work on building digital go-to-market experiences
- Executing on strategies and tactics across web channels through storytelling and design
- Helping to create comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy – focusing on filling the top of the funnel and optimizing conversions
- Leading the web development team focused on delivering prospects and sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining web pages, user interfaces, and interactive digital experiences
- Guiding the team with an experiment-first mindset, pushing the team to test and learn, measuring and reporting results
- Implementing PPC strategies like keyword research and A/B testing
- Managing relationships with web development vendors and managing projects
- Leveraging various APIs to pull in dynamic web content, building reusable libraries and code
Requirements:
- 6+ years of front end web development experience
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive design
- 3+ years of experience building websites with HubSpot and WordPress
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, and/or GCP is preferred
- Experience with PHP, Python, MySQL, Git, and/or HUBL
- Web analytics experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar
- Experience with A/B testing and content targeting
- Strong eye for UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
