KPMG is currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Responsibilities:
Understand user's needs and expectations, run design thinking sessions (brainstorming) with clients to be sure they are solving the right problem
Create design research artifacts like personas, journey maps and design thinking workshop materials
Schedule and plan user research, interviews and surveys among others
Explore UX User's Experience design options including brainstorming solutions, visualizing, prototyping, testing and making things tangible at a concept level
Construct the final designs, websites, apps among others and turn ideas and mock-ups into executable, tangible materials for services and products; lead discussions with clients and manage project work divisions with associates when on projects with larger design teams
Display high adaptability and steadiness in performance during change; manage design system and standard library of reusable assets across various applications and products
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience working in an Agile design/development environment and proficient in design thinking and facilitation methodology
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Expertise with common UX software and tools (such as Sketch, In Vision, Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud)
Expertise with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their vision and need
Preferred experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce, and their respective design system; Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
Ability to manage change and effectively communicate to teams and to delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end; demonstrated understanding and application of usability and accessibility best practices
