Our client, a leading organization driving large-scale digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and deliver next-generation technology platforms. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and design leaders to challenge conventions, solve complex problems, and bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear technical vision for your domain, aligning strategy with execution
• Break down complex technical challenges into practical, scalable, and operational solutions
• Ensure high standards of system design, architecture, and implementation quality
• Act as a subject-matter authority on non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and operability
• Drive continuous learning and introduce advanced technical practices across the engineering community
• Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously to maximize business impact
• Serve as a mentor and role model, strengthening technical depth across engineering and product teams
• Enable abstraction of client-facing applications from core systems of record
• Lead client migrations to a core-agnostic GraphQL interface layer
• Deliver automation and tooling that accelerates client onboarding to modern platforms
• Ensure seamless functionality and stability across applications following migration efforts

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Node.js
• 3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• 9+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with AWS
• Proven experience designing and building cloud-native applications
• Background in event-driven systems and microservices architectures
