🔧 The Role

As a Senior or Staff Software Engineer, you’ll own full‑stack features end‑to‑end; from system design through deployment, while helping scale a highly distributed, cloud‑native platform. You’ll operate with real autonomy, influence architectural direction, and work directly with technical leadership.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience

1. 7–20 years in software engineering, with minimum 5 years at Senior+ level
2. Strong background in product‑led tech companies (VC backed, high growth startups or FAANG level)
3. Proven track record of shipping full stack products end‑to‑end
4. Experience designing and scaling complex relational databases
5. FinTech experience a strong plus

Technical Skills

1. Advanced TypeScript (hands‑on, production systems)
2. React (frontend), Node/Express (backend), GraphQL/Apollo
3. Postgres, Docker, AWS, Terraform
4. Experience building and scaling high‑throughput distributed systems
5. Familiarity with AI‑native product development (evals, experiments, datasets)
6. Strong SRE mindset: reliability, observability, low‑toil infrastructure
