What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who is familiar with the digital marketing game. You’ll be evolving our headless WordPress web platform one day, to building tools that integrate with key digital advertising platforms the next.

If you join our team as a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance frontend apps, backend services, and APIs
2. Work with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver complete solutions and ensure all technical requirements are met
3. Integrate third-party APIs to extend the functionality of existing platforms
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues and optimize application performance
5. Coordinate with the development team and perform deployments to development and production cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in full stack development
2. Proficiency in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), HTML, CSS, JS frameworks (e.g. React, Vue), and Node.js
3. Familiarity with NoSQL databases nice to have
4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
5. Strong familiarity with web platform/CMS frameworks (e.g. WordPress, EE, Craft)
6. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Marketing, StackAdapt) and API familiarity a huge plus
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
8. Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and RESTful API design principles
