Mancomm is actively seeking a dynamic Senior React Native Developer to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge, mobile-first applications. As a pioneer in creating easy-to-read regulation publications, we are embarking on an ambitious project to transform traditional printed content into intuitive, accessible digital formats.

This is a hands-on, full-time coding position.

If you don't have several years of experience with React Native and CI/CD for Android and iOS, your application will be rejected.

This role is critical in leading our efforts to blend the familiarity and simplicity of printed materials with the innovative features of digital media, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The successful candidate will leverage advanced technologies, including AI, to redefine how regulations are consumed, making complex information effortlessly understandable.

This position is not just about coding but about making a significant impact on the digital publishing landscape, driving forward our mission to deliver regulatory content in a way that is both revolutionary and user-centric.

We are looking to hire a senior-level, hands-on, principal front-end engineer who is a natural leader and fast learner, and who is heavily experienced in mobile and front-end technologies, AWS cloud technologies, build and deploy technologies, and the full stack of languages and libraries for creating world-class mobile-first applications.

The candidate is expected to own the front-end platform for Mancomm. This is a very senior position and as such demands the appropriate level of responsibility and commitment.

The candidate will take ownership of:

• front-end applications;
• and delivery of those applications;
• and directing teams as the solution and value grow
• and evaluating respective technologies for pushing ahead of the industry;
• with stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met; and
• with clients and client representatives to ensure the user experiences are delivering what customers need and exceeding their expectations.

Leadership, self-management, positive ‘whatever it takes’ attitude, are expected traits to be successful in this position.

Additionally, while not the primary responsibility of the front-end engineer, all candidates are expected to be experienced in ‘back-end’ technologies such as Node.js, Lambda, S3, and Database technologies such as MongoDB / DocumentDB. It is critical that front-end and back-end teams collaborate seamlessly to ensure the correct evolution and application of the platform architecture.

Specifically, and minimally, candidates are expected to be proficient in the following technical skills:

• ReactNative

• CSS/HTML/JS, themes
• REST and Axios
• AWS, S3, Lambda
• Build and deploy

Austin location is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
