About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager II to lead multiple data and analytics initiatives from start to finish. This is a traditional, non-technical project management role that centers on project execution, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight—not hands-on development.

You’ll be managing 1–4 concurrent projects and coordinating across IT and business teams to deliver outcomes efficiently and on time. Although the projects are data-focused, you won’t be responsible for technical implementation, but instead will ensure everything stays aligned—from planning and financials to cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage project timelines, sprint schedules, and milestone tracking
• Lead Agile ceremonies: daily standups, retrospectives, PI planning
• Use Azure DevOps Boards to coordinate work, manage backlogs, and track velocity
• Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals against baselines; flag variances and risks
• Communicate progress and blockers across IT, vendors, and business leaders
• Monitor RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive resolutions
• Maintain project documentation and status reports via SharePoint, Excel, and MS Project
• Provide light Agile coaching to support a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment

• Efficient coordination of multiple Agile teams using DevOps tools
• Consistent identification and mitigation of risks and blockers

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software or data-focused environments
• Expert in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient with Azure DevOps Boards, Microsoft Project, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
• Strong communicator and team collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at financial tracking and project performance reporting
• Bonus if you’ve worked on data and analytics initiatives, MDM, or enterprise platforms
• Experience with Clarity PPM, ServiceNow, or Mural is a plus
