Responsibilities:

Customer Implementation & Onboarding:

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of client implementations, from initial kickoff to post-launch support
2. Create project roadmaps, define requirements, and ensure timely execution
3. Translate customer needs into configuration requests and collaborate with product teams for execution

Customer Success & Engagement:

1. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
2. Identify pain points and propose tailored solutions using our technology
3. Advocate for customer needs in internal discussions to help shape future product improvements
4. Develop client-facing resources, including performance reports, presentations, and impact analyses
5. Communicate product updates and coordinate customer requests efficiently

Product Analytics & Insights:

1. Analyze data to provide actionable insights that support product development and decision-making
2. Manage analytics tools and build custom dashboards to help clients track performance
3. Guide customers in using data visualization platforms effectively
4. Gather user feedback and monitor trends to drive enhancements in the platform

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy:

1. Work closely with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to align on company initiatives
2. Conduct market research to assess competitors and uncover new opportunities
3. Assist leadership with strategic projects and business priorities

Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, or a startup environment
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
3. Strong background in using Tableau or similar tools for data visualization and workflow automation
4. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
7. Passion for solving key challenges in healthcare
8. Experience in developing and executing customer success strategies
9. Interest in business development, sales, or participating in industry events
