We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to consolidate our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in developing software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software applications. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the redevelopment of our back-end system from scratch.
• Design and implement database structures, particularly in PostgreSQL.
• Ensure seamless migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain API interfaces.
• Perform testing and debugging of software applications.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
• Ensure the stability and quality of the codebase through code reviews.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience with Laravel.
• Strong experience with PHP.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and experience with MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of API design and development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
