Renowned for delivering best-in-class Paid Social and Search strategies, the agency manages millions in monthly ad spend across a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of high-budget Meta campaigns, leveraging a team of sharp creatives and performance marketers to drive measurable results.
You’ll work across a variety of fast-growing DTC brands, playing a key part in their journey to market leadership. Expect a high degree of autonomy, fast-paced problem solving, and a collaborative remote culture that values proactivity and craft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in-depth onboarding research for new accounts, including creative audits, competitive insights, and performance reviews.
- Strategically manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns aligned to client growth goals.
- Translate creative performance data into actionable testing plans and scalable concepts.
- Own client communications via Slack and bi-weekly strategy calls, fostering high-trust relationships.
- Guide creative direction based on performance insights, collaborating closely with internal teams.
Essential Experience:
- Proven success managing Meta ad campaigns for eCommerce brands with budgets exceeding $100K/month.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into performance-driving strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience managing client relationships.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and deep knowledge of full-funnel campaign structuring.
- Familiarity with attribution tools such as TripleWhale and project management platforms like Notion.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 USD + performance-based bonuses
