JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to: Under the direction of the Supervising Oil and Gas Engineer, Programs I Manager, the incumbent will function as the Senior Oil and Gas Engineer (Supervisor) for the Well Statewide Tracking and Reporting (WellSTAR) Program for California Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM), at its headquarters office. The incumbent will be responsible for the work plans, goals, performance metrics, resource management, and setting and meeting the objectives of the WellSTAR units of Programs I. The incumbent will supervise technical staff responsible for reviewing, assessing, monitoring, and implementing design changes and their impact for the WellSTAR unit.
