Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development:

• Design, develop, and implement high-frequency trading algorithms using machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient trading strategies.

C++ Development:

• Utilize strong C++ skills to implement and optimize algorithmic trading systems.
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into the existing trading infrastructure.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
• Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models for real-time decision-making in high-frequency trading environments.

Optimization and Performance Tuning:

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of trading algorithms to ensure low-latency execution.
• Implement strategies to minimize execution slippage and reduce transaction costs.

Research and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, quantitative finance, and high-frequency trading.
• Contribute to the development of innovative trading strategies and algorithms.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms
• Bachelors degree from a top school, ideally in Computer Science
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming for low-latency systems.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and machine learning libraries.
• Any experience with hardware ML would be preferred (Accelerators, CPU/GPU)
