Dexian is assisting their client in the High Point area with a need in their Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the accounting operations for the company and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Duties/Activities Required By Job

• Hanlde HR activities (Strategic HRM, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits)
• Partnering with internal customers to ensure our ER practices are fostering a safe and friendly work environment, necessary to promote a culture of excellence while maintaining full compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support initiatives intended to maintain expected levels of staffing while improving retention.
• Help develop policies, programs and regulations for entire company
• Assist with HR reporting
• Assist with media, press releases and newsletters
• Help with recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources preferred
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
