Position: Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $230K - $280K/yr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end fullstack systems powering core product workflows.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js with strong architecture.
• Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver production-ready features.
• Maintain system reliability, observability, and production performance.
• Debug production issues and implement improvements for scalability and stability.

Requirements

• Strong experience building production fullstack systems.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend system design.
• Strong experience building user-facing applications with React.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership-driven mindset.
