Arcadia is partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech organization building modern software that powers smarter financial operations and decision-making for small and mid-sized businesses. The engineering team moves fast, values clean design, and builds products that blend intuitive UX with deep data and automation.

We’re looking for talented Frontend Engineers who can balance design excellence with technical rigor — and who understand how the frontend connects to backend systems to create seamless, end-to-end experiences.

Compensation

1. Canada: $200K–$270K CAD + Equity
2. United States: $150K–$220K USD + Equity

What You’ll Do

1. Architect and build elegant, performant, and scalable frontend applications
2. Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship impactful features
3. Own the full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, maintain
4. Contribute to backend work where needed, with strong awareness of fullstack architecture
5. Continuously refine developer tools, testing, and performance workflows
6. Take ownership and initiative beyond your role to help drive company and product growth

What You Bring

1. Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React (or similar modern frameworks)
2. Understanding of Node.js / Express or other backend technologies
3. Proven experience designing and building complex, user-facing products
4. Ability to architect solutions that scale and perform in production environments
5. Experience in fast-paced, early-stage teams
6. A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on impact and ownership
