The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal/external websites for our clients. This position will work with our clients to determine their wants and needs as well as their design preference. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in many facets of a seasoned Web Development expert.

Responsibilities:

1. Creates and enhances the overall appearance using graphic/multi-media design software
2. Design site navigation to make it clear and easy to understand
3. Create cutting-edge designs for websites and email marketing templates
4. Create coding for front and back-end of a website
5. Performing tests on websites to ensure they continually remain fully functional and bug free
6. Ensure platform scalability while complying with performance and security standards
7. Facilitate project estimates
8. Assist in leading, coaching, and developing junior web developers (as needed)

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, Visual Studio Code
2. Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices
3. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
6. Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills
7. Strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security responsiveness
8. Solid understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools
9. Experience in AI prompt engineering
10. Understanding of atomic/component-based design methodologies
11. Knowledge of BEM naming conventions
12. Bachelor’s degree in related field
13. 5-8 years’ experience in a web developer role or related position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
