Our client a large international and full-service law firm is seeking a corporate paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of a large firm or in-house legal working environment experience.

Duties include:

• working with private and public company sector
• corporate governance and maintenance
• emerging growth experience as well as VC financings
• stock administration, cap tables
• working with closing documents and checklists
• SEC and UCC filings
• taking direction from senior paralegals and attorneys
• research and writing; client contact

BS/BA degree required and /or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program

MS Office, Carta, document management software, type 50 wpm
