About the role

Classification: Full-time
Team: Client Services
Reporting to: Associate Director, CRO
Estimated Start: November 2023
Location: Remote - Anywhere US or Canada
Work Authorization: This role is open to US or Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents and non-citizens allowed to work for any US or Canadian employer. We are unable to sponsor any work authorizations for this role.

We're looking for a Senior Conversion Optimization Strategist to lead analysis and consultation with our growing client list! You will work across a wide portfolio of clients and industries to lead CRO testing and provide impactful recommendations that drive business results!

What you do

Client Management Responsibilities:

  • CRO product lead on assigned client list with an aim to drive CRO revenue retention and growth
  • Perform regular analyses and tests aligned with client goals
  • Make data-driven recommendations on client landing pages and websites
  • Flag performance, client contact changes, and/or relationship issues, while providing ideas for solutions, to client leadership
  • Lead deck creation for CRO pitches and presentations, including business reviews
  • Communicate client performance regularly and ensure we fulfill on client contracts and promised strategy
  • Lead the CRO portion of client meetings, preferably via video conference
  • Implement & use Brainlabs' tools on all accounts where applicable
  • Prioritize and respond to client emails/calls in a timely manner

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Models strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanor with the team
  • Mentor to team members working on assigned clients providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training program
  • Participate in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to continued iteration of our CRO product
  • Cultivates an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency

Who you are

  • Minimum of 3-years CRO experience, preferably within an agency setting
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO and/or other CRO testing platforms
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Looker or other data visualization platform
  • Proven organizational, project, and time management skills to manage all aspects of CRO: varying testing cycles, reporting, new and ongoing client presentations, Account Manager support, client needs, etc.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess keen critical thinking and analytical skills which help you proactively drive results and new insights for clients
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets
  • UX and design experience is desirable
