Your Impact:

We are looking for a self-motivated SENIOR CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER, PLATFORM to join our growing Product Marketing team. THIS POSITION CAN BE REMOTE. Are you a passionate and results-oriented marketer with an enterprise software background and want to join our growing product marketing team? We are looking for someone who has a flair for words, an eye for transparency, and a strategic and creative mentality. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will build a variety of content to communicate complex ideas/concepts to customers, partners as well as internal stakeholders. If you’re a storyteller with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with target audiences and have a proven track record of successfully launching products and building customer followership through innovative content and marketing, then look no further.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of writing or content creation experience in a B2B technology/software/ SaaS environment and as part of a product or marketing team
  • Communications manager for product comms to an internal and external audience
  • Conceive, research, and write engaging content including (but not limited to): presentations, datasheets, white papers, blogs, infographics, web content, video scripts, and surveys
  • Work closely with multiple partners, including customers and internal subject matter experts, to identify, research, craft, and approve content
  • Assist in miscellaneous marketing projects as needed, including product research, outbound marketing, customer updates, events, etc.
  • Run content development projects with third-party vendors
  • Edit and proofread copy from other writers and team members
  • Continuous conceptualization and comfortability in working with minimum structure while helping define process and structure for various key initiatives
  • Mix of enterprise software, high-growth startups, and fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including writing and content development.
  • High energy, creativity and can-do demeanor, agility, and bias-for-action with outstanding results
  • Portfolio of high-quality work showing a variety of content types, lengths, and tones
  • Be able to communicate complex information in a way that is clear, persuasive, and useful
  • Ability to grasp a variety of buyer personas, address their difficulties, and connect their business goals to product capabilities
  • Familiarity with SEO standard methodologies
  • Experience with editorial workflow management or project management software
  • Ability to work independently, lead projects, and meet results
