A Top 5 global Contract Research Organization (CRO), has pioneered advancements in data science and is actively expanding its data management team for clinical trial data. This presents an exciting chance to join a CRO directly collaborating with pharmaceutical sponsors, offering diverse career progression options, This is leadership position working with multiple sponsors. Responsibilities:

As a key member of the data management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategically acquiring data from clinical trials and contributing to the design and validation of databases.
• Leveraging your leadership experience to provide comprehensive data management expertise, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products aligned with customer needs across various therapeutic areas.
• Directing the team in project planning, execution, and close-out, as well as overseeing financial management, communications, and milestone deliverables.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between the vendor and the study team, managing client-facing responsibilities for DM deliverables.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Ideally, 7+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management, with at least 4 years in an independent lead capacity.
• While a background in CRO/Pharma is preferred, it is not essential.
• Ability to effectively present in weekly meetings and collaborate with a global team.
• Demonstrated extensive data management skills and a thorough understanding of DM processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a biological or mathematical discipline is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
