The selected individual will be working in a Security Specialist role and assisting with the compliance of SCI/SAP government contracts. The selected individual will be responsible for the security administration, management, training and operations of the SCI and special access programs. As a security specialist, you are the primary interface between Kratos Program Management, Leadership and Government customers as it pertains to program management and compliance. The selected individual will report directly to the Senior Security Manager and perform all tasks assigned to them. Duties may include:

• Develop and maintain Security Education, Training and Awareness
• Conduct Indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refreshers and any as needed training
• Process Clearance upgrades, CSRs and crossover packages
• Maintain access rosters and/or binders
• Maintain safe accountability
• Maintain all security documentation IAW DoD and IC policies
• Process SCI and SAP Visit Access Requests (VARs)
• Assist with compliance checklists for accredited SCIFs and SAPFs.
• Process foreign contact reporting for SCI and SAP cleared employees
• Conducts pre and post-travel briefings and oversees foreign travel and contact reporting. For SAP reporting, obtain completed forms from foreign travel/contact POC and send to the customer
• Submission of SCI and SAP Nomination Packages
• Prepares for inspections (conducts self-inspections)
• Maintains access management systems
• Ensures adherence to any applicable laws as well as any SCI or SAP security policies and requirements
• Creates, updates, and maintains SOPs and coordinates approval with government customers
• Assist in the development of Program Protection Plans
• Coordinates the visitor control process for SAP meetings
• Coordinates initial access eligibility determinations and creates PARs or SCI nominations
• Maintain personnel security records for SCI/SAP personnel in each required database (DISS, JADE, SC)
• Develop/maintain facility accreditation paperwork IAW government policy and regulation
• Provide administrative security support for the SCI/SAP teams
• Experience in Personnel Security
• Experience in Physical Security
• Experience in Industrial Security
• Experience with SCI/SAP compliance
• Experience working with IC and DoD customers
• Experience working with SC, DISS, and NISS
• US Citizenship
• Current/Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years experience
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office software
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TS clearance and access to Special Access Programs.

Competitive salary based on experience and education

Salary Range: $65,000-$96,000
