Job Overview:

A client of ours seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to lead the design and implementation of a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solution within Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing robust Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on creating seamless partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions with a focus on Partner Relationship Management (PRM).
• Build and customize Experience Cloud sites, including PRM-specific templates, pages, and components to support partner onboarding, collaboration, and performance tracking.
• Develop Lightning components (Aura and LWC) to enhance partner-facing interfaces.
• Configure Salesforce PRM features such as deal registration, partner portals, partner incentives, and lead distribution.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications to enhance PRM functionality.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of PRM implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to define and deliver project requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Experience Cloud and PRM solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new Experience Cloud/PRM features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud and PRM.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning development (Aura and LWC).
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Experience Cloud/Community Cloud and PRM-specific capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and security.
• Experience with APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar.
• Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Administrator are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
