Job Title: Salesforce Developer – APEX & LWC (Finance/SOX Domain)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support and enhance our finance-related Salesforce applications. This role requires a strong understanding of SOX compliance, accounting processes, and data-driven development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong command of APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience working with or supporting finance/accounting teams or processes
• Good understanding of SOX compliance and related internal controls in a technical context
• Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets, especially for audit or reconciliation processes
• Strong communication skills and experience working in large, matrixed organizations
• Ability to lead initiatives, drive solutions independently, and deliver high-quality code under compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SOX audit readiness, control execution, and scoping
• Exposure to automation technologies like RPA, bots, or process orchestration tools
• Familiarity with finance operational controls and reporting workflows
