PPC and Marketing Specialist Job Description

Our Company is currently seeking a versatile, experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and expansion endeavors. You will be also required to track and manage our paid search budgets. As as Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO). For this position, you should be extremely good with numbers and have great analytical skills. Your main objective will be optimization of ROI.

Responsibilities

You'll be involved in:

  1. Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
  2. Utilizing historical data in the interest of ROI and reducing wastes
  3. Analyze trends and putting forth data-driven recommendations for approval
  4. Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns.
  5. Deliver reports for administration and management.
  6. Tracking KPIs to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues.
  7. Videography (direct or indirect)
  8. Design of landing pages (direct or indirect)
  9. Website improvement and build out (direct or indirect)
  10. Advertising templates that match brand and Company standards
  11. Brainstorming marketing strategies with substantive reasoning
  12. Relationship building and business development
  13. Plan budget and monitor bids to increase better ROI.
  14. Stay up to date with SEM and SEO trends (Search Engine Marketing) trends.
  15. Discover approaches and ways to decrease the risk of click fraud and overall waste.
  16. Social media management
  17. Writing engaging copy for advertising
  18. Sales

  1. Mastery of SEM and SEO fits in to the wider area of digital marketing
  2. Data manipulation

Education & Experience

  1. Proven 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Guru

Compensation

Commensurate with experience, versatility and productivity. Compensation ceiling does not exist and can be extremely competitive. This is an incentive based position.
