POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Co-Lead with a passion for the client and appreciation for body adornment. This position supports the Studio Manager in leading the team and provides effective guidance through supervising, managing, and motivating. As a Co-lead you will be the contact point for all team members, requiring strong communication skills. You will need to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration with the Studio Manager. Ultimately, you will need to lead by example, engaging the team for goal achievement.
Requirements:
- 1+ years supervisory/management experience in retail
- 2+ years’ luxury retail sales experience
- Experience with jewelry sales preferred!

Responsibilities include:
- Support the Studio Manager in whatever task(s) with which they need support, ensuring a high quality, safe and positive environment
- Coordinate with Inventory Manager and Studio Manager to maintain awareness and documentation of jewelry that is getting into low stock territory
- Ensure optimal jewelry displays, all displays filled, and all backstock represented
- Maintain a clean, high quality facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Facilitate a consistently positive environment and experience for clients and staff, with an emphasis on a fun, motivational, and inclusive culture
- Collaborate with leadership and operations to identify opportunities to continually fine-tune an elevated client retail experience
- Providing continual training for all employees to ensure our Gold Standard experience, as well as continual training to enhance and optimize employee knowledge and performance
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Discover training needs and provide in the moment coaching and feedback
- Support SM and the studio team with weekly 1:1’s
- Actively engage in all management meetings and management training materials and programs
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Exhibit and ensure an overall Gold Standard experience for clients at all touch points as reflected through consistent 5 Star reviews online for both personal and studio experiences
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking by understanding Organizational needs and recognizing team members’ strengths and interests/ goals
- Facilitate and support receiving new inventory, inter company transfers,inventory counts and weekly studio operational audits
- Oversee physical inventory counts and levels
- Suggest and organize team building activities
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years supervisory/management experience in retail
- 2+ years’ luxury retail sales experience
- Experience with jewelry sales preferred
- Experience with body adornment a major plus!
- Highly organized, methodical and meticulous

- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
