Direct Marketing Associate 

Compensation                $17.00Hourly + Performance-Based Bonus Structure

Your Role:

• Use Renewal by Andersen designed sales tools and processes to meet or exceed individual/team goals.
• Meet with prospective customers at their door, quickly build trust and rapport, consult with them on window and door needs.
• Continue to say on top of industry trends, competition, and Renewal by Andersen offerings.
• Represent our company proudly and adopt our Mission and Core Values.

What you bring:

• At least one year of sales (Preferred, not required)
• Strong focus on consultative selling and exceeding customer expectations 
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people of all levels and backgrounds.
• Highly motivated to deliver to clients with the best service experience each time.
• Winning attitude, ambition, and drive
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong time management and follow up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Schedule availability to conduct homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
