We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and branding materials for our new development projects, corporate branding & assisting our management team & agents with marketing design work. Your expertise in graphic design, logo creation, and branding will play a crucial role in shaping the identity of our projects.

Responsibilities:

● Develop visually stunning and effective designs for various marketing materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, signage, eblasts, social media content, and other online assets.

● Create and design logos that embody the essence of our luxury new developments and resonate with our target audience. This includes taking the initiative to research the neighborhood, the significance of the address, etc.

● Utilize your experience in creating branding guides to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels for the brokerage as well as our portfolio of projects.

● If necessary, collaborate with real estate creative firms to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into marketing campaigns.

● Utilize Adobe Illustrator to effectively create marketing floor plans and translate construction floor plans into visually appealing designs.

● Leverage Canva and Adobe Suite products to design and customize digital assets, social media graphics, and presentations.

● Utilize photo editing skills to enhance visual appeal and maintain high-quality standards for all marketing materials.

● Utilize email marketing platforms, such as Send in Blue, to create visually appealing email campaigns.

● Demonstrate good time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously.

● Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible with project timelines to accommodate the dynamic nature of the real estate industry.

● Maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of design projects and campaigns.

● Maintain a well-organized digital file system for easy access and retrieval of design assets.

Qualifications:

● Real estate experience required (1 year)

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design expertise, logo creations, and branding projects.

● Experience in new development branding/marketing is a PLUS.

● Familiarity with working with third-party vendors such as creative agencies, photographers, videographers etc.

● Proficiency in Adobe Suite products, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign.

● Experience with Canva for designing digital assets and social media graphics.

● Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.

● Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Send in Blue (preferred but not required).

● Ability to read and interpret construction floor plans.

● Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining digital files and design assets.

● Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
