REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – PEST CONTROL, TURF & LANDSCAPE

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in the Southwest US territory. This position will focus on building sales through distribution channels and establishing relationships with key end-users.
From our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina headquarters and labs, AMGUARD discovers, develops, and commercializes a diverse portfolio of proven chemistries, innovative technologies, and green solutions into diverse markets. Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with distribution (pest, turf and landscape), nurseries, and green industry professionals
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
· Provide product knowledge and training to distributors and end-users
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
· Manage customer sales (CRM) and track marketing initiatives
· Partner with executive management, distribution, RSMs and commercial team members to provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
· Travel up to 70% throughout the Southern California, Nevada and Arizona territory
Qualifications
· Bachelors’ degree in agriculture or agrochemicals, business or related field
· 5+ years of experience calling on distributors and other channel partners with proven track record of successful sales growth
· Strong understanding of pest control products and their applications in turf, landscape, ornamental & crop management
· New business development; product introduction and ability to create value-add training and presentations independently
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
· Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
