The Recruiting Coordinator will support the market by providing the effort to staff area dealerships with qualified new employees that will promote the overall success of the dealership and organization. Responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing, resume review, conducting initial phone interviews, attending and organizing career fairs, and other administrative tasks as required.
