What You Will be Doing :

Schedule candidates for multiple verticals including GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering

Oversee offer approval process including review of offer letters and onboarding assistance

Manage candidate experience from executive to entry level and provide world class treatment

Partner with various leaders across the organization

Manage all travel, accommodations, and business meals

Manage all events, virtual and onsite

Development and implementation of policies and procedures

Ad hoc projects as assigned

What We Will Expect From You :

3+ years of prior Recruiting Coordinator experience

Proven track record working in a high volume, high touch environment

Ability to multi-task
