This is a new position with room for growth. The firm is invested in the future of its employees. They support philanthropic endeavors in education and food drives and give back to their local community.
About the Job:
¨ Sit at the front desk and greet visitors
¨ Answer phone and direct calls
¨ Plan and execute special company events including office parties, recruiting events, marketing events
¨ Manage marketing mailings
¨ Coordinate events- track RSVPs from attendees
¨ Direct vendors
¨ Manage mail
About You:
¨ Minimum of 6 months in an internship or role in a business environment
¨ BA/BS from a college or university
¨ Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
¨ Adept at QuickBooks for invoicing
¨ Polished, professional demeanor
¨ Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small
¨ Outstanding communication skills
