Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a mid to senior level Real Estate Finance associate (3-6 years of experience) to join their New York office

Requirements:

• Hold a J.D. from a recognized law school, with strong academic credentials.
• At least three full years of real estate finance experience.
• Experience with mezzanine finance and/or construction is a huge plus. At least some lender-side finance experience is required
• Hybrid setting; 2-3 days in office required with fully remote work being a possibility.

Compensation:

• $250,000-$400,000
