We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is mainly a work from home position with set hours that will require some errand running. Must live in the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte/North Port area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agent, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real estate industry.
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
- Assist in sales transactions by preparing contracts and closing documents.
- Perform general office duties--answering phones and organizing online files.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
-Real Estate License or willingness to get licensed a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus.
