- Provide assistance to CORRE's real estate staff working with appraisers and real estate agents.
- Duties will include working with various Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc.), production, filing, formatting, and mailing of various documents.
- Preparation of reports and correspondence under tutelage of our current real estate professionals.
- Investigation online for pertinent real estate data.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year office experience; willing to train the right person.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn basic transportation related real estate law, deciphering pertinent information from title reports, reading and understanding of right-of-way documents.
- Applicant must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Wisconsin Real Estate Automated Data System (READS), and Local Public Agency (LPA) Real Estate Manual is preferred, but not required.
- Must posses a valid driver's license and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation.
