Ranch Foreman

As a Ranch Foreman, you will manage the daily operations of the Ranch. This includes managing sales, deliveries, development of staff and ensuring all customers receive a high level of customer service consistent with our Ace helpful brand. In addition, you will also be responsible for inventory control, safety, and training to promote sales and meet profit goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ retail experience
• Ability to drive a forklift and make deliveries- Valid Driver’s License is required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
