NOW HIRING - QUALITY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a background in Plastic Injection Molding. Previous Automotive Industry experience is a huge plus.

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Range: - 70k - 100k - Depends on experience

Responibilites:

• ISO 9001 2000 Management Representative
• Audits implementation of the Quality System
• Coordinates and supervises document control
• Stores and maintains controlled records.

As part of management team:

• Establishes and maintains the Quality Management System
• Is responsible for conducting or coordinating Quality training
• Acts as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Quality System
• Coordinates Quality planning
• Handles Customer complaints and returns including 8D's
• Reports on Quality Costs
• Defines and establishes workmanship standards
• Defines quality objectives
• Initiates requests for and follows up on, corrective actions
• Handles nonconforming products and is part of MRB
• Supervises or carries out supplier quality system surveys and audits
• Is responsible for implementing the quality policy
• Through regularly scheduled Quality Awareness

Qualifications Needed:

• 5-10 years of Quality Management experience
• Quality experience in a plastic injection molding background
• CMM plus
• Ability to utilize and train using all measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gages, cmm).
• Hands on jobs, need somebody who wants to train and work as a team member
• Management - leadership
• Automotive Industry experience is a huge plus

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• Blueprint Reading
• Quality Inspection Experience
• Quality Control Data Analysis
• Injection Molding Experience
• AS9100 Experience

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Calipers and Micrometers
• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Quality Control Software
