Toddy is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who will roll up their sleeves to help us maintain and improve our product quality programs. This position will be collaborative; you will work closely with the Quality and Food Safety Manager, third-party labs, third-party auditors, clients, and other Toddy team members. There will be a combination of auditing, testing, and document review in this position. This position is full-time, and on-site Monday through Friday.

Tasks Include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct ATP testing surface sampling for food safety.
• Become (and/or maintain) HACCP & SQF Certified.
• Lead inspections and create inspection reports.
• Collaborate as a member of several teams, including the mock recall team and the safety committee.
• Execute internal audits of our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food defense program.
• Administer air and water quality testing.
• Assist with calibration verification.
• Coordinate pest control program.
• Filing and other document management
• Other duties as assigned.

Must Have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience preferred, will train in a HACCP, QA, or food safety role (GFSI).
• Good analytical and communication (both oral and written) skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance-focused.
• General knowledge of plant functions – production, maintenance; warehouse; shipping, and sanitation.
• HACCP Certified (or willing to obtain).

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $19.65-$21.50 per hour
• Paid Time Off and Holidays
