Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission critical systems in defense of our Homeland.
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to provide expertise in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications and systems for a federal client's critical operations. As a key member of our team, the Quality Assurance Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying and resolving defects, enhancing user experiences, and contributing to the overall success of projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project
requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
to ensure thorough testing coverage.
Execute manual and automated testing processes, identifying defects and
inconsistencies in software functionality.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to
ensure software meets quality standards.
Document and report test results, defects, and issues, and collaborate with
development teams to resolve them.
Provide feedback on usability, user experience, and design aspects of
software applications.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability and
quality considerations.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate software fixes and
improvements.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software
testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Due to federal requirements, only US Citizens can be considered.
Candidates with dual citizenship cannot be considered.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
Must be based around Annapolis Junction, MD.
This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of mission critical
systems on a 24x7x365 workday basis. On call rotation will be required.
7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or related
field.
7+ years of experience in the following: Communication Manager (CM),
Communication Management System (CMS), Workforce Optimization
(WFO).
Salary Information: $60,000 - $140,000

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
