Key Responsibilities:

• · Promptly contact and engage leads to facilitate a smooth transition to the sales department.
• · Qualify leads through phone and SMS communication, ensuring alignment with VetLink Solutions' services.
• · Dispatch qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
• · Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• · Annotate vital information for a comprehensive understanding of leads.
• · Provide feedback and reporting on lead qualification trends to management.
• · Stay informed about VetLink Solutions' services to offer accurate information to leads.
• · Maintain professionalism, delivering exceptional customer service to enhance our company's reputation and cultivate strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• · Proficient in multitasking with efficient time management.
• · Friendly and outgoing personality.
• · Passion for helping Veterans.
• · Quick and accurate typing skills.
• · Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• · Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
• · High level of organization and attention to detail.
• · Must have a dedicated home office with a computer setup.
• · Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• · Camera-ready at all times for virtual meetings and interactions.
