We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Issuer. We are seeking an individual that will be responsible for the successful delivery of highly transparent, complex projects. Your day-to-day project management responsibilities would include successfully implementing clients through production, streamlining onboarding processes for clients, developing and updating project plans, resolving project and resource conflicts and facilitating solutions across department boundaries,

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new clients through the transition of document creators ensuring a non-eventful client experience as well as exceeding their expectations through the guidance and process governance.
  • Oversee day-to-day conversion plans and conversion manager responsibilities; identify and communicate issues that may impact the success of the transition.
  • Conduct status meetings with internal teams and clients
  • Ensure all technology and document requests are documented and submitted.
  • Maintain the team’s status report and survey results; effectively measuring the team’s performance.
  • Manage new products to be implemented for the business.
  • Assist in the preparation of physical audits and participate in audit evaluations.
  • Continual process refinement to improve effectiveness and efficiency; ensure all risks are minimized through the proper implementation of audit, edits, and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of project management experience; managing complex projects or multiple projects combined into a program with shown success.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, in addition to requiring advanced Project Management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS-Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Project Management/Agile tools (Jira, MSP, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability creating and monitoring project related KPIs.
  • Solid track record for delivering results.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
