We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and guide various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.
• Oversee contract negotiations with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Implement best practices in project engineering to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in project management software ProCore or similar.
• Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
• Familiarity with business process modeling techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
