RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, producers, developers, project managers and account teams
- Large focus on print publication advertising for this role, but also ability to work on other small print, direct mail, OOH, POP, packaging, presentation decks, digital & social, among other media formats.
- Design and prepare daily print advertising requests to spec
- Provide quick revisions consistently throughout the day based on client feedback.
- Version out existing approved concepts to a variety of sizes and specs for production and upload.
- Prepare final digital files adhering to provided specs and technical requirements for print and digital output.
- Transmit files as necessary for client approvals or to outside vendor(s)
- Archive jobs properly on server, Drive and Digital Asset Management System
- Communicate status and completion of jobs with Project Managers, Creative Producers, Print Production Managers, Art
- Directors and Account Teams
- Adhere to strict deadlines tight turnarounds

- Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and SharePoint
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A bachelor’s degree in design or other related positions is preferred for the production designer position. Significant course work in graphic design, print production, visual arts or a related field, along with a portfolio and experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of design, may suffice in the absence of a degree. Must have a solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
