Hiring Manager Updates:

• Senior scientist level or previous B2 manager level role at client

• No travel and onsite

• 8am-4pm or 7am is earliest

Must Have:

1. Execute with Excellence - Previous role experience within Products Research at Client, with experience recommending qualitative and quantitative consumer testing plans and analyzing the resulting data, preparing test plans using current knowledge of systems such as Nexus, Enovia, and Cispro.

2. Additional Experience in project management, or work process ownership. Recommend and document key technical measures and success criteria to predict consumer response to prototypes (e.g. Lab Measures) Demonstration and Implementation of work processes, workflows, working with Multifunctional Resources/Teams. Acts as a business owner with great sense of urgency and focus to manage multiple projects/priorities with the organization and attention to detail. High Capacity to lead multiple projects at any given period.

3. Lead with Courage – Ability to demonstrate Leadership to set direction/priority for others, hold others accountable to deadlines, develop execution plans, and work collectively across functions and suppliers. Can manage expectations and engagement across all business functions.

4. Embraces Change – Is open and flexible/adaptable to change by seeking out and readily accepting new ideas, experiences, skills, opportunities, and new work processes.

Bachelor’s Degree or above

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Additional Experience in shampoo surfactant technology.

Experience working with sulfate-free surfactant packages

Job Description:

Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work.

Onboards to Client systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.

Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.

Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions. Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.

Submits products for analytical testing.

Utilizes Client Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS.

Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
