The Position

We're looking for a Marketing Operations and Team Integration Manager with strong project management experience to develop and/or enhance and manage tools, systems and processes that enables the marketing team productivity and drives unification, consistency, and effectiveness. Manage integration between cyber marketing and other enablement and business functions. Monitor and track KPIs and produce reports for team and management on performance, effectiveness, and optimization throughout project lifestyle. Support marketing team with management of project timelines across the business while seeking opportunities to strengthen and deepen collaboration. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Deloitte's internal systems, processes, and culture
  • Strong marketing operations and project management skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams to deliver assets and other creative deliverables
  • Experience working with workflow systems
  • Great written and verbal skills with an orientation towards negotiation and moving projects forward.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Experience using quantitative data to inform capacity and prioritization decisions
  • Ability to bring cross-functional teams together and maintain a positive working environment
  • Plus: Experience with agile frameworks and principles
  • Bachelor's Degree. Project Management Certification a plus.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
