Job Description

We are looking for an aspiring candidate to be with us on the path of our fast-growing business.

Our company is renowned for being the No.1 Ginseng Brand/manufacturer on the planet with more than 120 years of long-standing, authentic history, and the headquarters is located in South Korea. We are now making inroads into the mainstream market in the US with a variety of product line-ups and dynamic marketing activities.

The product manager we want to work with is expected to be capable of thinking strategically and executing proactively, skillful at communicating, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow. Most importantly, he or she is expected to be very insightful, understanding the packaged food & beverage market & food trends and consumer lifestyle shifts.

Roles and responsibility

  1. Manage product development and product mix, design price-and-cost structures, and lead product introduction between HQ in Korea and the US team.
  2. Analyze market competition and be up to date about new market opportunities.
  3. Develop packaging design, work with local outside partners, and analyze cost structure.
  4. Design product labels in cooperation with the design team and HQ, reviewing label statements in compliance with FDA regulations
  5. Create SNS digital content, copywriting, product-concept boards, website product content, and sell sheets and ads.
  6. Support the sales team with trade marketing action plans such as demos, POSM, etc.
  7. Communicate with supply chain management team regarding product shipping, assembly etc.
  8. Conduct consumer surveys and analyzing the results needed to identify consumers' and customers' unmet needs and desires.
  9. Respond promptly to the needs from the voice of customers, consumers, and the sales department.

  1. Communicate with co-packing partners and help in supply chain management.
  2. Working closely with the sales and global teams in South Korea's head office.

· Other duties as flexibly assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Characteristics

  1. A minimum of 5 years of work experience managing products and marketing content in the food and beverage or dietary supplement area would be preferred.
  2. English native. Bilingual skills in Korean & English, written and verbal, are needed.
  3. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Audio/Video program preferred
  4. Experience in Asian (or Asian corporate) culture is preferred.
  5. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  6. Creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow.
  7. No issue with a business trip
  8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  9. Must possess a legal driver's license and be capable of driving.
  10. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
