Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the design and transformation of digital platforms and enterprise products across data, AI, and cloud-driven solutions.

This role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable product experiences for complex enterprise platforms, ensuring that users can easily interact with data, workflows, and automation systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing real digital products (not services projects) and has previously led product or platform transformation initiatives within SaaS, marketplace, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise technology environments.

We are looking for someone who brings a product-first design mindset similar to leading product companies like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target where design decisions are driven by usability, scale, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UX Design

1. Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise digital platforms and applications.
2. Translate complex workflows, data processes, and analytics into intuitive and scalable product interfaces.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

Product Transformation

1. Lead UX redesign and modernization initiatives for enterprise platforms.
2. Improve usability of data-driven applications, dashboards, and workflow tools.
3. Drive design improvements that enhance productivity and user efficiency.

Product Collaboration

1. Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to translate product strategy into user experiences.
2. Participate in roadmap planning and feature design discussions.

User Research & Insights

1. Conduct user research and usability testing.
2. Identify user pain points and continuously improve the product experience.
3. Use feedback and analytics to guide product design decisions.

Design Systems

1. Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards.
2. Ensure consistent design patterns across multiple products and platforms.

Required Qualifications

1. 7–10+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership
3. Experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
4. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
5. Experience designing data-heavy applications, dashboards, or workflow tools
