Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related technical field
• 8+ years as a plant manager in Food & Beverage Manufacturing
• Experience leading or participating in a site transformation
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Six Sigma)

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Find opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other standard processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Operations Planning team to optimize responsiveness and timeliness to ensure operational capacity matches customer demand.
• Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to monitor key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure thorough quality control standards and procedures.
• Implement measures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
